We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Lead to drive reporting activities and support data-driven decision-making across our organization. This newly created role will provide a unique opportunity for you to carve out your own successful path and contribute to the growth of our business.

As an HR Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading reporting activities, including leveraging Gen AI as it becomes available, to support data-driven decision-making and create value for divisions and Centres of Excellence (CoEs). You will work collaboratively across several teams, including HR and the wider business, on projects and initiatives that streamline tasks through automation, oversee data reporting, and use analytics and user feedback to gauge how well our products and services are working.

Your responsibilities will also include developing innovative solutions to improve overall operational efficiency and service effectiveness. To succeed in this role, you must have experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) and be highly analytical. This role would suit a Business Analyst looking to take the next step.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and partner effectively with key stakeholders. You will also need experience leading HR reporting, analytics, and data activity.
