Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business outcomes.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to proactively identify opportunities, prepare insightful reports, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance organizational performance.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Anaplan, with the ability to interpret trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing data-driven insights to track performance, optimize effectiveness, and predict business outcomes.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns, preparing ongoing reports and data visualizations to effectively communicate data stories within the defined project scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with business modeling, forecasting, process improvement, simplification, and automation.
  • Previous experience in a Business Insight/Market Analyst Role.
  • Advanced knowledge and application of analytics, modeling, and valuation concepts (NPV, ROI, IRR) in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Confidence and ability to present complex information concisely and effectively to all audiences.
  • Strong organization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
