Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with senior BI developers and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive business performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI. They will also provide ongoing support for existing BI reports and data models, as well as engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts to support data-driven decision making.
  • Provide BAU support for existing BI reports and data models, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, and experience with commercial storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
