About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Therapy Specialist to join our team, delivering therapeutic case coordination to families, caregivers, and young people.

  • Full-time position until 7 November 2025.
  • Level 5 under the SCHCADS Award, salary range $97,378 - $101,788 + Super.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments.
  • Implement tailored evidence-informed interventions for children based on individual needs.
  • Support reunification plans using evidence-informed models.
  • Provide psychoeducation and practical assistance to children, carers, and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (social work, human services, allied health, psychology).
  • At least three years' experience working with children, young people, and their families impacted by trauma or abuse.
  • Specialist skills in one of the following areas: trauma, attachment, social-emotional development, drug and alcohol, mental health, family and domestic violence, child development, and disabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and utilise a strengths-based approach.
