Regional Growth Leader

The successful candidate will lead the growth of the Asia Pacific region by effectively managing cross-industry activities and segment performance within a division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the Asia Pacific profit and loss statement aligned with an aggressive expansion strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management to establish strategic relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Oversee the management of the sales engine and ensure a strong future pipeline.
  • Ensure satisfactory business performance within the region by overseeing regional expense budgets.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in complex leadership roles in matrix reporting environments.

Job DescriptionAsia Pacific Regional Growth Leader Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the growth of the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include managing cross-industry activities and segment performance within a division. Additionally, the Regional Growth Leader oversees the management of the sales engine and ensures a strong future pipeline. Lastly, this role ensures satisfactory business performance within the region by overseeing regional expense budgets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the APAC SIG Division by managing and growing the Asia Pacific P&L.
  • Work closely with Hexagon's SIG Executive Management Team to create strategic relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage the APAC Sales Engine and ensure a strong future pipeline.
  • Oversee the management of Regional Expense Budgets and ensure satisfactory business performance within the region.
