This is a unique opportunity to lead our team in the Asia-Pacific region, driving strategic growth, innovation, and excellence in tailings and mine waste management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tailings engineering, managing teams, and delivering impactful projects. They will also possess excellent communication skills, technical report writing abilities, and mentoring skills for junior staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategically developing and strengthening the team through recruitment and development initiatives.
- Guiding regional leaders and senior professionals towards excellence.
- Overseeing financial performance and technical output development for the group.
- Establishing strong relationships between internal and external clients.
- Contributing to winning work and providing expert advice to clients and team members.
We seek someone with a deep understanding of local and global tailings standards, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in building client relationships.
