About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our expansion into new markets and drive revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase market penetration, expand our customer base, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage a geographically diverse team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and customers to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
