Axon is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth and market share at designated agencies, maximizing customer satisfaction and achieving Axon's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving revenue growth through account strategy development and execution. They will also cultivate customer relationships, ensure effective service delivery, and focus on customer satisfaction, knowing the customer's business and workflows, and developing a proper contact network within accounts.

This role requires a proven track record in software sales (SaaS/Cloud), relationship/consultative selling experience, and the ability to articulate complex solution offerings. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, virtualization, and cloud understanding are also essential.

The successful candidate will be a team player, able to collaborate with various team members regularly and own & drive the territory. A background in Law Enforcement/Public Safety is a plus.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

**What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop and execute account strategy
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery
  • Foster a deep understanding of customer business and workflows
  • Support execution of strategy at the account level

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software sales experience (SaaS/Cloud)
  • Proven track record of quota-carrying performance
  • Strong relationship/consultative selling skills
  • Ability to articulate complex solution offerings
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Visionary leadership skills
