Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Design-Build Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading design-build projects, with a strong focus on collaboration, project management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of design-build projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Make informed decisions and take ownership of project engineering solutions.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and other forums as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in design and project management of water and wastewater projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading design-build projects.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
