Senior Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Energy & Utilities team.

This leadership role will focus on delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland, with a strong emphasis on Logan's Water Network.

  • Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects with strategic oversight.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering innovation and promoting a Zero Harm culture.
  • Drive budget management and collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimise cost and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor engagement, and supplier coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements
  • Engineering qualifications with extensive experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
  • Water industry experience is preferable
  • Project Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven leadership in dynamic, service-oriented contracting environments.
  • Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
