Career opportunities abound in water and wastewater management. At our organization, we're seeking an experienced professional to oversee projects, develop business strategies, serve clients, and design drinking water, wastewater, and other infrastructure projects for design-build delivery.

As a seasoned leader, you'll play a pivotal role in managing projects, developing proposals, collaborating with contractors, and representing the company in client and agency meetings.

A successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

  • Lead project planning, development, coordination, and execution.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to assemble pricing, develop proposals, and determine solutions.
  • Represent the company in client and agency meetings to resolve questions and plan work.
  • Communicate and coordinate efforts with peers, management teams, and external partners.

We seek candidates with 8+ years of experience in design and project management, preferably in water and wastewater projects. A B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field is required, along with registration as a Professional Engineer in Illinois (or equivalent).

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer licensure in Illinois or equivalent.
