About the Position

Our company formed a strategic partnership with Boller Construction to offer an alternative deliver method of design-build through our offices. We are seeking a Project Manager in our Water/Wastewater Group. This role involves managing projects, developing business, serving clients, and designing drinking water, wastewater, and other infrastructure projects for design-build in our offices. A successful candidate will benefit from a unique opportunity to advance quickly to a leadership position leading technical teams, project management teams, and/or coordinating marketing efforts.

This role would be involved with the Water/Wastewater Group, managing projects and designing drinking water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, developing, coordinating, and ensuring successful completion of design-build projects. They will prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Additionally, they will prepare engineering project proposals in coordination with the Department Managers, the Vice President of Water Manager, and the Marketing Department.

  • Lead single and multi-disciplined projects for both design-build and design-bid-build.
  • Represent the company in client and agency meetings to resolve questions and to plan and coordinate work.
  • Communicate and coordinate efforts and ideas with peers and the management team.
