Lead Customer Insights Specialist

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a collaborative culture where your contributions truly matter.

You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of customer experiences and guiding best practice standards within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking campaign performance, reporting on results, and identifying ways to improve channel use and data effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation plan for direct marketing campaigns for various products.
  • Define and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to deliver value for teams, businesses, and customers.
  • Leverage supplier and implementation partner expertise to support and inform product roadmaps.

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to work in both marketing and technical spaces.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Design, Project Management, or similar.
  • Skilled in providing ongoing, timely, and constructive feedback to agile teams.
