We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
