Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Engagement & Experience Branch. As a strategic leader, you will cultivate deep engagement, amplify impact across multiple audience segments, and inspire customer-centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use data insights, research delivery, and communications to create intuitive touchpoints that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Lead the development of targeted communications, seamless stakeholder experiences, and data-informed engagement strategies.
  • Foster a decentralised capability model for stakeholder engagement, ensuring customer needs are embedded in every stage of product and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in being the 'voice of the customer' across an organisation.
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing high-quality, targeted, coordinated communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to lead small teams to deliver quality products against tight deadlines.
