Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in site management and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of daily site operations
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage and maintain equipment and infrastructure
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business)
  • At least 5 years' experience in site management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of site operations and maintenance principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
