Are you a hands-on, solution-focused individual who thrives in an environment that prioritizes people? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, solving problems before they escalate and making a positive impact on residents?

We're looking for someone who can work well independently and as part of a close-knit team at a residential site. You'll be responsible for delivering on-site management that makes a real difference.

Main Responsibilities

You'll be the go-to person for all things operations and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day building operations: responding to maintenance requests, resolving issues and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Contractor and stakeholder liaison: coordinating with body corporate, subcontractors and residents to ensure clear communication and prompt service delivery.
  • Reporting and asset management: keeping on top of preventative maintenance schedules, completing incident reports and managing building records and documentation.
Requirements

You don't need to have every qualification under the sun, but you do need to be calm under pressure, solutions-oriented and great with people. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in building or facilities management, operations coordination or caretaking roles.
  • A strong ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining approachable and helpful.
  • Great communication skills and a knack for staying organized.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get hands-on when needed.

Bonus points if you have a White Card or First Aid certificate (we can support you to get these if needed).
