Adventure-Based School Camps Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and support a team of senior instructors and outdoor educators, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Design programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives, leveraging expertise in outdoor education and curriculum development.
  • Manage rosters, staffing, and equipment maintenance, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal participant experience.
  • Oversee safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for participants and staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaborative partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience leading outdoor education programs and teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
