**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to join our residential care team as a Residential Manager.

As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our 48-bed residence in New Lambton NSW. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, providing leadership and guidance to your team, and fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all aspects of the residence, including clinical, administration, financial, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of carers and nurses to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve organisational goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare or a related field (Bachelor of Nursing).
  • Current RN registration with AHPRA.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Proven competency in operational planning, strategic thinking, resource management, rostering, and budget management.
  • A collaborative, compassionate approach to work, and an ability to inspire a team.
  • An exceptional communicator who values relationships and can work collaboratively with others.
