Lead Residential Care Services

Empower teams to deliver trauma-informed, family-centred care to young people. Oversee case management compliance and reporting, lead House Supervisors and support investigations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rosters, emergency shift coverage and liaise with external staffing providers.
  • Monitor budgets, ensure Workplace Health and Safety standards are met and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Participate in the on-call support roster to assist residential teams across the region.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in residential care, with at least 3 in a management role.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Social Sciences or similar.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
