Care Team Leader Opportunity

As a Care Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. This role involves leading a team of care staff and coordinating care in an allocated section of our residential aged care home.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to our residents
  • Coordinate care planning and implementation to meet individual resident needs
  • Recognize and respond to deteriorating residents to provide safe and effective care
  • Promote a person-centered approach to care to enhance the overall resident experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per organizational standards

Requirements:

  • Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory for this role
  • One year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role
  • Hold NDIS Worker Checks or be willing to obtain them
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care is required
