About the Role
- This is a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a highly skilled leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.
- As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, practice development, and mentoring sessions to a team of support workers.
- You will facilitate and monitor the integration and coordination of care for clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Operational management includes disciplinary measures, grievance, recruitment and selection, personal career development, statutory and mandatory training, and delegating as appropriate.
- You will provide high-level service input and advice to staff and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of client care at all times.
- Monitors and reviews systems and processes used in Client Services, analyzing service delivery outcomes and enhancing effectiveness.
Requirements
- A degree or Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience leading a team or holding a senior support worker position, with proven ability to mentor and coach other support workers.
- An excellent consultative and communication skillset, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working within a residential recovery and resilience-based model, with knowledge of mental health principles and practices.
- Demonstrated capacity to relate to clients and other stakeholders with dignity and respect, and to think and act calmly in challenging situations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to participate in training as required.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.
