
Reception Team Coordinator

As a key member of our support team, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day function runs smoothly.
The receptionist is responsible for coordinating front desk operations, welcoming new team members and overseeing administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate general maintenance and safety of the office
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the right department
- Conduct inductions with all new starters
- Handle mail distribution and assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Update the support database with new starters as required
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while handling general inquiries
- Ensure visitors and contractors are signed in via the system
- Process invoices as required
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment. You will also need to be able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
