**Admin and Reception Coordinator Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our salon as an Admin and Reception Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be full of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, creativity and with a real passion for the industry. They will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior hairdressers with their daily routine
  • Managing senior hairdressers' appointments
  • Taking bookings using Kitomba Salon System
  • Providing great customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Managing retail - selling/ordering
  • Taking care of all social media platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Friendly, positive personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Well-presented and well-groomed
  • Experience in processing POS transactions and assisting with other operational salon needs

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
