
Office Reception and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy receptionist to provide administrative support in our fast-paced environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys being the central point of communication across teams and with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter bookings into our system accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and confirm staff schedules based on bookings
- Sending out customer photos post-experience in a timely manner
- Assisting with basic administrative and support tasks as needed
- Maintain a professional and helpful front-of-office presence
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable using office software, messaging platforms, and booking systems
- Able to work independently and prioritise tasks under pressure
- Weekend availability is essential (some early starts may be required)
