Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Guest Services
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Process guest registrations and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate hotel services and amenities to guests, including room rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Coordinate guest room billing and settle accounts in accordance with hotel policies.
Front Office Operations
  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other front office departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports, as required.
Customer Relations
  • Build strong relationships with guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Teamwork and Communication
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hospitality setting is an asset.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows Applications.
  • Knowledge of property management systems, such as Opera.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
