As a Front Desk Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the way in hospitality and customer service, mentoring and coaching a team of Front Office Agents, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Front Desk operations, developing Team Members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining a positive attitude and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotions, as well as daily VIP and special events.
- Maximize sales revenues through upselling and marketing programs.
Requirements:
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a Front Desk role.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
- Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
