Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Front Desk operations, developing Team Members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining a positive attitude and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotions, as well as daily VIP and special events.
  • Maximize sales revenues through upselling and marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a Front Desk role.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
  • Computer literate and able to navigate through Company systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
