We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take their career to the next level.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager who can oversee all aspects of our inventory and logistics operations. The successful candidate will manage stock, furniture maintenance, and a team of removalists while coordinating closely with our Head Stylist and Floral department to ensure seamless installation and pick-up processes.

Responsibilities

  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement efficient stock rotation practices.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and upkeep of furniture, including scheduling repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of removalists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Inventory System Implementation: Develop and implement an inventory management system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stocktake Coordination: Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, including scheduling servicing and repairs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and team performance.
