**Job Title:** Training and Development SpecialistAre you a passionate professional in adult learning and technical training looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team.About the Role:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to develop, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training programs align with organizational policies and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective and flexible training delivery approaches to cater to end-users with varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Ensure eLearning modules, video content, and other online mediums align with organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and review training programs, learning materials, and competency assessments to ensure compliance with business requirements, best practice training, and adult learning principles.
  • Support staff through classroom training sessions, on-the-job training, and coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A qualification in TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in adult learning and technical training.
  • Demonstrated excellent organisational skills, computer skills, and interpersonal skills.
