Team Leader Workforce Planning Job

The role of Team Leader Workforce Planning is to lead and manage a small team responsible for delivering Human Resources and Workforce Planning services to support Specialist Protective Command.

This position requires close collaboration with the SPC Senior Executive, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining effective working relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, leading, and managing a small team to ensure delivery of HR and Workforce Planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the outputs of a small team, responsible for delivering core resource coordination and workforce management deliverables for SPC.
  • Manage SPC's Establishment and coordinate SPC recruitment processes.
  • Prepare workforce analytical reporting and provide advice on complex workforce planning and forecasting for current and future vacancies.
  • Developing new processes to better support SPC workforce management.
  • Enable continuous business and process improvement through the provision of guidance and leadership to the team and internal business area stakeholders.
  • Ensure both individual growth and succession planning through developing capability within the team.
Requirements:
  • A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • High analytical ability and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Workforce Planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
