Job Title: Strategic Workforce Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled workforce coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in aligning workforce needs with business strategy and major program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop workforce requirements for ongoing mission management of projects and programs.
  • Identify and provide guidance on resourcing issues and gaps, and develop strategic initiatives to address these areas.
  • Support the development of complex briefing materials and workforce reporting using tools such as MS Word documents, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or similar commercial software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in contemporary workforce planning practices, including data visualization and analysis.
  • High-quality verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar commercially available tools.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in Defence or Commonwealth Government workforce planning and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of structured program and project management environments.
