The successful candidate will be accountable for the operations of our renowned restaurant, overseeing effective people management, exceeding guest expectations at each contact point, and maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining cost controls.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ambassadors to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Supervise the administration, orientation, and induction of all new team members.
- Ensure the effective use of yield within the restaurant for all meal periods.
- Achieve a level of service quality that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years managerial experience with a track record of managing large teams.
- Good understanding of local and international wines.
- Full availability across 7 days, AM and PM.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have full working rights in Australia; no sponsorship available.
