  • To oversee ER resources such as policies, templates, and knowledge hubs, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and impactful.
  • To turn data into action by building reporting and insights that uncover trends and guide prevention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level case management skills with a deep understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment law and ER best practice.
  • Project mindset with proven ability to deliver projects, enhance systems, and build scalable processes.
  • Analytical thinking with confidence in interpreting data, spotting trends, and driving actionable insights.
  • Influence & communication skills to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive capability uplift.
