We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Employment Relations operations. As an Employment Relations Operations Lead, you will leverage your expertise to drive strategic initiatives, foster a culture of excellence, and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and implement frameworks that promote proactive approaches to employment relations, harnessing insights and trends to design innovative prevention strategies.
  • Take charge of projects and initiatives, shifting focus from day-to-day case management to driving business growth and development.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, while enhancing leadership capability across the organization.
  • Make a lasting impact by delivering high-impact initiatives and driving cultural transformation across Australia and New Zealand.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Senior-level case management skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law, as well as best practices in employment relations.
  • A project mindset, with experience in delivering projects, enhancing systems, and building scalable processes.
  • Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent influence and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, engage stakeholders, and drive capability uplift.
