Business Development Manager

A strategic Business Development Manager is required to lead our team at a local tavern, one of the Gold Coast's favourite social gathering spots. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for running a great sports bar and a solid understanding of wagering and gaming operations.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue, managing fast-paced wagering & gaming venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.
We are offering:
- Generous Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + Super
- KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A
- Opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality business with international scope
- Autonomous role with boundless central and on-the-ground support
