Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Lead to join our team. As a Technical Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex tasks with independent decision-making skills.
  • Oversee calibration, test equipment, and CTKs.
  • Develop and implement section processes for continuous improvement.
  • Manage section audits and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate customer account supply and supervise the Technical Admin section.
Requirements:
  • Effective coordination and communication skills.
  • Substantial experience in coordinating assets in the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of Tools, Tool control, and calibration processes.
  • Electrical Test & Tag Certification.
Special Requirements:

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
