Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to spearhead our technical support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex technical assessments and driving stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead technical teams in delivering high-quality outcomes within set timeframes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to exercise technical delegations and drive business growth.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance on complex projects.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and program management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in aviation, preferably rotary wing, with expertise in technical domains.
  • Experience working under Defence Aviation Safety Regulations or similar regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Products and corporate IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
