Job Title: ICT Infrastructure Manager

 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key player in delivering secure, reliable and high-performing services. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the operational management of all NSW SES ICT infrastructure, including desktops, MFDs, network, cloud, and server operations.

You will lead skilled technical teams, act as a partner to the business and collaborate with other ICT units and business stakeholders to ensure NSW SES infrastructure supports digital transformation and builds an IT environment that is innovative and future-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage networks, servers and end-user devices.
  • Oversee core infrastructure operations.
  • Design and maintain robust disaster recovery plans.
  • Maintain expertise in managing service delivery processes.
  • Ensure cyber security and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing networks, servers and end-user devices.
  • Expertise in managing service delivery processes.
  • Cyber security and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
