About This Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and close deals.
  • Analyze market trends, research targeted accounts, and develop tailored messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes, training, technology, and other business aspects.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding and SaaS industries to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Achieve pipeline targets and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Freight Forwarding or SaaS.
  • Sold SaaS solutions to SMB/Mid-Market customers; Enterprise deals are a plus.
  • Experience in inside and field sales, with the ability to run full sales cycles independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, values-driven approach, strong customer focus, and high-level curiosity.
  • Results-Oriented, competitive, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Must enjoy collaboration and teamwork.
  • High coachability, with the ability to listen to constructive feedback and adjust accordingly.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator, with some exposure to HubSpot.
