Job Title: Principal Consultant for Workday HCM Implementation

This role involves bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. The successful candidate will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and Talent product with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage expertise to recommend best solutions based on client's requirements and timeframe.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of customer's unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all phases of project, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
  • Work alongside integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday solution and client's selected payroll and benefits providers.
  • Display hands-on expertise of software, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS or related field required;
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting or Workday Talent desired.
  • 2+ years of Workday implementation experiences highly desired.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
