Expert Workday HCM Professional

The primary responsibility of an Expert Workday HCM Professional is to facilitate a seamless integration between business and technical teams. By leveraging their extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, they guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth expertise in Workday HCM and Learning products, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Utilize this expertise to recommend tailored solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and budget.
  • Lead clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and unique business needs at all stages of the project.
  • Maintain regular engagement and support throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing a smooth delivery experience.
