Explosives Technician Role

We are seeking experienced explosives technicians for our Central Queensland operation. Our roster offers a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and apply regulatory requirements in underground works.
  • Maintain the safe use, storage, preparation, and setup of explosive charging equipment.

This is a full-time contract with direct employment by the mine operator.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as an underground explosives technician.
  • A current Qld explosives licence and dangerous goods card or ability to meet requirements and gain.
  • Knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations.
  • A motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Southeast and Central QLD residents have priority access. We prioritize employee wellbeing and health and safety.
