Senior Finance Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our growing Finance Systems team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design and implementation of scalable finance systems to support Circle's expanding footprint.
  • Partner with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle EPM and other finance systems.
  • Drive cross-functional stakeholders alignment for solution design and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Document and manage testing and related approvals for changes to systems, ensuring compliance with internal and SOX audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience working on Oracle ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting EPM systems like Oracle EPM Suite including FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent change management and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker and problem-solver, able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through, with a drive to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
