Financial Leadership Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to drive growth and improvement in our financial operations.

This individual will be responsible for leading the accounting and reporting functions, developing and maintaining a world-class accounting function that can scale with our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP standards and reporting requirements, as well as experience managing internal control safeguards over company assets and operating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain internal control safeguards over company assets and operating environment.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to establish and monitor financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, management reports, and information on a consistent and timely basis.
  • Lead the accounting team with dynamic 'hands on' leadership that creates an environment of trust, teamwork, productivity, and consistency.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve documentation of processes and procedures to produce consistent reporting of financial results across multiple business units.
  • Monitor reporting and compliance requirements and covenants of lending institutions and financial investors/Private Equity sponsors.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements to internal and external parties on a timely basis, assuring accuracy.
  • Understand and maintain ERP system operations, identifying and correcting system issues as necessary to maintain integrity of financial information.
  • Support the annual audit of the Company.
  • Coordinate and support all tax and regulatory reporting requirements.

What You Will Need: A bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong analytical skills are required. Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting is also preferred.
