The position of Executive Financial Leader is instrumental in the success of an international manufacturing company. This key leadership role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in global business environments.

>Main Responsibilities
  • Directing all aspects of financial functions, including month-end close, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Developing and implementing scalable, efficient financial systems and processes.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records.
  • Preparing and consolidating accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Providing in-depth financial analysis to senior management.
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Leading the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
  • Offering financial modeling and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyzing variances and providing guidance to improve financial performance.
Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls and financial policies.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company financial policies.
  • Coordinating external audit processes and resolving audit findings.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or MBA required, 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel).
