Job Title

A seasoned finance systems expert is needed to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable financial systems for our expanding operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance systems professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing and supporting complex financial systems, including Oracle Financials and EPM applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Financials and EPM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to develop and implement new features within Oracle EPM and other financial systems.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage testing plans, ensuring thorough validation of system changes.
  • Provide technical support to finance teams during internal and SOX audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Financial applications and other financial systems.
  • Proven expertise in EPM systems like Oracle EPM Suite, including FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong change management skills, with ability to lead teams through complex transformations.
  • Detailed analytical mindset, with ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
