Senior Category Leader

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of category strategies for our Pacific market. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, brand relevance, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement category plans in collaboration with the Category Director.
- Validate range architectures against market needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis from customer and consumer perspectives to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead a team of professionals across multiple categories, driving performance and excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Emerging Markets BU, to advocate for local market needs.
- Provide data-driven insights on category performance, including sell-through, forecasting, and pricing corridors.
- Manage E2E calendar deliverables, pricing harmonization, and volume/mix forecasts to meet margin, Net Sales, and forecast accuracy targets.
- Oversee ordering processes, maintain system accuracy, and maximize in-season creation opportunities.
- Define and manage customer segmentation, competition insights, and category-level market intelligence.
- Deliver impactful category presentations at key GTM milestones.
