We are seeking a professional to support our villages in delivering high-quality wellbeing programs and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with village teams to develop and implement inclusive wellbeing initiatives
  • Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
  • Serve as a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns and provide empathetic support to residents
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Promote consistency and celebrate success across regions
