Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven contributor acquisition strategies
  • Owning top-of-funnel initiatives and optimizing channel mix
  • Plan, test, and scale paid and organic campaigns
  • Collaborate with in-market and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze contributor behavior, engagement, and retention
  • Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies and local partners
  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams
