In this role, you will be responsible for defining the marketing and sales strategy for Access in APAC, aligning with broader organisational goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Liaising with the global delivery team to ensure timely delivery of technological solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders and providing expert advice on matters related to Access Marketing, Sales and Service.
To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience working with senior stakeholders in a senior BA, project management or similar role. Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of CRM platforms are essential.
